| 摘要: | 以大量实践调研为支撑, 总结和梳理了慈城古县城建筑管理中的实际问题, 把慈城传统建筑研究和建立建筑单体评价标准作为解决问题的切入点, 提出了做好古城建筑管理工作的基本思路. |
| Abstract: | This paper addresses some practical issues in construction management Based on the preservation work concerning an ancient township-Cicheng. In the course of the on-site investigation, we set preserving the traditional architectures in Cicheng town as the case study, from which point the evaluation criteria of each individual construction are established for ultimate solutions on preservation issues. We conclude that the in-depth study of aboriginal traditional culture and the first-hand management experience are necessary to improve the construction management in preserving ancient towns, and the block-by-block inspection and correction procedure should be incorporated into the management mode according to the architecture category. |
