| Abstract: | To meet the requirements of video clarity and real-time in today’s security monitoring system, we propose and implement a high-definition video transmission system based on the TMS320DM368. In the process, we analyzed the overall framework of system and the features of software design which focus on video software programming in capturing, encoder, RTP and RTSP transmission protocol stacks. We ultimately implement the function of real-time playback in VLC player. The experiment result confirms that the proposed system with good real-time performance and reliability can be widely applied to a variety of security industrial sectors |
