| 摘要: | 利用Excel、ArcGIS软件分析宁波第5次和第6次全国人口普查时期的外来流动人口的结构变化趋势、流动人口来源地和现住地变化趋势以及人口迁移流动原因. 结果表明: (1)从数量上看, 宁波流动人口数量呈现不断增多的趋势; 从年龄构成看, 流动人口儿童比重逐步上升, 流动人口以青壮年为主; 从文化构成看, 宁波流动人口整体文化程度逐步下降. (2)宁波省外流动人口比重大幅增加, 且现住地呈现出由老三区向外围扩散的趋势. (3)大量的工作岗位, 较高的报酬以及较低门槛的制造业和批发零售业需要大量的劳动力是外来人口来宁波务工经商的重要原因. |
| Abstract: | Using Excel and ArcGIS, the structure change tendency, the origin and current inhabitation change tendency, and the causes of migration in Ningbo are analyzed on the basis of the results from the fifth and sixth national population census. The results support the following points: (1) Migrant population in Ningbo is on the rise; the youngsters in population are gradually taking larger proportion and taking lead in growth; the overall education level of the migrant population is on the decline. (2) The influx of the non-Zhejiang-native migrants has increased dramatically, and the inhabitation shows the trend of moving from Ningbo city to peripheral areas. (3) Labor-intensive sectors are the main employment factor attracting the migrants to settle in Ningbo |
