| 摘要: | 血吸虫病是一种严重的人兽共患病. 目前的化疗和疫苗研究为彻底消灭该病提供了一种综合方法. 通过对血吸虫病疫苗研究的回顾与展望, 以期为进一步的临床应用寻找新的突破点. |
| Abstract: | Schistosomiasis is characterized as a zoonosis that has been causing major health problems worldwide. Until now anti-schistosomiasis chemotherapy and vaccine treatment have been proven to be an effective way to eradicate this disease. In this paper, the research progress on anti-schistosomiasis vaccine is summarized. In addition, the author also presents some view points aiming to serve the purpose of seeking new breakthroughs in clinical applications of the vaccine. |
