| 摘要: | 以鄂东南丘陵区典型的人口外流区空心村—–湖北崇阳石下村为例, 运用实地调研、半结构式访谈、参与式观察等方法剖析空心村内部空间演变及其微观机制. 研究发现: (1)石下村空心化过程中内部空间的典型特征主要表现为聚落发育滞缓、村内住宅空废; (2)村落空间形态呈现跃迁式扩张、填充式扩张以及房屋的马赛克式布局的演变特征; (3)石下村空心化的驱动因子主要是村农村公共空间转移到村外集镇, 人口外出务工导致就业非农化以及居住城镇化的浪潮; (4)石下村空心化经历从假性空心化到实质空心化, 跨区域家庭的产生与迁移是其本质原因. |
| Abstract: | By taking Shixia village as a typical example of hollow village in the southeast of Hubei province, the population outflow is studied by means of field interview, semi-structured interview, on-site observation, and the spatial evolution and micro-causes of hollow village are also analyzed. The study concludes with the following findings: 1) The typical causes of the hollowing village are mainly attributed to the slow settlement and village residential space waste; 2) The village has experienced the process of outflow and inflow, resulting the houses with a mosaic pattern; 3) The rural public land is transferred to the township use, and the rural labor migration has caused the seemingly hollowing of villages; 4) Shixia village has undergone the process from seemingly hollowing to really hollowing, the main reason behind it is the consequent generation and transfer of the regional households. |
