| 摘要: | 针对目前社会上存在的隐私性疾病诊疗乱象, 采用调研暗访法、案例分析法、问卷调查法等研究方法, 总结分析了民营医院乱收费、医疗水平低下、过度治疗等诊疗乱象的现状和形成原因, 探讨了监管部门、民营医院、患者和公立医院在诊疗乱象中的作用, 得出以下结论: 监管力度不够、民营医院以盈利为目的、患者维权意识淡薄共同导致了隐私性疾病诊疗乱象的出现. 为了消除诊疗乱象, 应从治疗效果差异、隐私性疾病科普、打击非法医疗机构和构建良好医患关系等方面进行应对. |
| Abstract: | In order to investigate the current chaos in the diagnosis and treatment of private diseases in the society, the research methods such as the research secret visit method, the case analysis method, and the questionnaire survey method were used to summarize and analyze the current situation and causes of such phenomenon. The diagnosis and treatment chaos including arbitrary charging at private hospitals, low medical level and excessive treatment, as well as the role of regulatory authorities, private hospitals, patients and public hospitals in the diagnosis and treatment chaos were discussed. It is concluded that insufficient supervision, private hospitals for profit, and weak awareness of patient rights protection have jointly led to the emergence of chaos in the diagnosis and treatment of private diseases. In order to eliminate such chaos, we should respond from the aspects of differences in treatment effects, popularization of private diseases, cracking down on illegal medical institutions, and building a good doctor-patient relationship. |
