| 摘要: | 介绍了代谢组学的概念、分析技术以及核磁共振代谢组学的优势, 探讨了水产动物核磁共振代谢组学样品处理和数据分析; 重点综述了核磁共振代谢组学在水产动物水环境污染、水产养殖以及不同技术整合方面的研究现状, 以进一步促进核磁共振代谢组学在水产动物中的运用. |
| Abstract: | This report briefly introduces the concept of metabolomics, its detection techniques and the advantage of NMR-based metabolomics. Also, summarized are the basic procedure for aquatic sample pretreatment and data analysis for NMR-based metabolomics, as well as its research advancements in water environment pollution, aquaculture and integration of different techniques. |
