| 摘要: | 随着集装箱港口竞争的日趋激烈, 港口柔性服务需求明显, 对柔性服务效率的评价就显得至关重要. 本文利用投入-产出型DEA模型对我国沿海14个集装箱港口柔性服务效率进行分析, 对比找出非DEA有效港, 进行敏感度分析, 并进一步对影响各港口柔性服务效率的敏感因素进行排序, 最终在此基础上提出相应的改进措施. |
| Abstract: | The demand of container port’s flexible service has been increasing significantly with growing intensive competition, which brings the need of evaluation of flexible service efficiency. In this article, the input-output type of DEA model is used to analyze the flexible service efficiency for up to 14 container ports in China and to identify the non-efficient ports through comparison. The sensitivity of DEA non-efficient port is analyzed, with the sensitive factors of flexible service efficiency being ordered and some measures for improvment being proposed |
