| 摘要: | 以浙商500强名录为数据, 运用地理信息技术分析总部设在杭州市区的在榜企业, 探讨企业总部分布特点, 并采用Logistic回归模型解析分布成因. 结果发现: (1)总体看, 下城区、上城区和滨江区的企业总部密度较大; 企业总部设立在主城区内且呈现显著的中心-外围结构, 同时也出现较为明显的交通线指向; (2)在杭浙商总部分布呈中心性分布主因是交通线密度和企业成立时间; 此外, 房地产企业和商服贸易企业的总部趋中心更为显著. |
| Abstract: | Based on the data of top 500 enterprises of Zhejiang province, geographic information technology was used to research the spatial distribution characteristics of enterprises in the main city zone of Hangzhou, and the characteristics and law of enterprise layout were discussed, where the Logistic regression model was applied to analyze its internal causes of formation. Results show that: (1) In Xiacheng district, Shangcheng district and Binjiang district, the distribution density of enterprises headquarters is large. The layout of headquarters shows a remarkable feature of the center-periphery structure in space, and the establishment of corporate headquarters are also transit oriented obviously; (2) Traffic density and enterprises set up time are the main factors for the layout. Besides, the city center trend for headquarters in both real estate enterprises and commercial clothing trading enterprises is more obvious. |
