| 摘要: | 为了观察招财猫式输液上肢功能位在妇科腹腔镜手术中避免手术中断事件应用效果 选取2022年3月至2023年12月于中国科学技术大学附属第一医院和阜阳师范大学附属第二医院妇科行腹腔镜手术患者200例, 使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组, 每组100例观察组使用输液上肢托手枕支撑输液上肢上举功能位, 对照组为输液上肢内收身体侧体位, 对比两组在术中手术中断事件发生频率、手术中断时间、术后输液上肢是否有不适感及体位并发症例数方面的差异结果均为观察组小于对照组, 两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)妇科微创手术中招财猫式输液上肢功能位既能满足妇科腹腔镜手术人员站位舒适的需求, 又能减少术中手术中断事件及体位并发症, 值得临床推广使用。 |
| Abstract: | To observe the application effect of “lucky cat” type infusion upper limb function pose in gynecological laparoscopy, we selected 200 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC (University of Science and Technology of China) and the Second Affiliated Hospital of FNU (Fuyang Normal University) from March 2022 to December 2023, and the patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The observation group used an infusion arm support pillow to maintain the infusion arm in an elevated functional pose, while the control group had the infusion upper limb adduction lateral pose. We compared the frequency of intraoperative interruptions, duration of interruptions, postoperative infusion arm discomfort, and incidence of pose-related complications between the two groups. The results show that all of them in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (p < 0.05). The upper limb functional pose of “lucky cat” infusion in minimally invasive surgery can not only satisfy the comfort of gynecologic laparoscopic surgeons, but also reduce and avoid the occurrence of intraoperative surgical interruption and reduce pose-related complications, hence is worthy of clinical application |
