| 摘要: | 胃癌术后患者营养不良的风险普遍较高, 尤其在手术加化疗的治疗过程中. 严重的营养不良易导致病人肿瘤复发或转移, 进而使得治疗效果下降, 治愈率降低, 此时需增加口服营养补充, 以帮助提高治疗效果及减少营养风险. 本文对胃癌术后患者营养风险及口服营养补充在应用现状方面作一综述, 旨在为临床护理人员更全面认识和更规范应用口服营养补充提供参考, 希望胃癌术后患者可以通过坚持有效的口服营养补充来提高化疗的完成率. |
| Abstract: | Patients after gastric cancer surgery, especially together with postoperative chemotherapy, suffered high risk of malnutrition. Serious malnutrition leads to the poor therapeutic efficacy, which induces tumor recurrence or metastasis. In the clinical setting, oral nutrition supplement is usually necessary for the patients with gastric cancer, in order to effectively promote treatment and reduce malnutrition risk. In the current study, the application and effectiveness of oral nutrition supplements for gastric cancer patients were reviewed. It provides comprehensive understanding and standardized application of oral nutrition supplement for clinical professionals. |
